We are scaling fast and looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing tech team in Egypt. This is your chance to contribute to an innovative platform that’s changing how millions learn across the region.
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will:
Support deployment and monitoring of cloud-based applications.
Managing GCP infrastructure.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized workloads.
Assist with infrastructure as code using Terraform for provisioning.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth software delivery.
Help enforce security best practices in DevOps processes.
1–2 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud engineering.
Strong knowledge of Linux and Git.
Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with GCP.
Basic scripting in Bash or Python.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Eager to learn and grow in cloud and DevOps practices.
Nice to have:
Experience with Terraform, Helm, or GitOps workflows.
Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, and security best practices.
